The Red Wings have done it. After falling in triple OT in game five to extend the series, they made no mistake on Wednesday night taking game six by the odd goal in five. They got their hands on the Stanley Cup, which I'm told is mightily heavy and have brought back the glory days to Detroit.

With 35 seconds left in the game - the Red Wings were ready to celebrate winning the Stanley Cup. With 34 seconds left of regular time, the game was going to OT. The Penguins came back from the brink and took game five in triple OT.
